Knowledge/Theory

Classroom-based theoretical training covering relevant health and safety legislation and procedures.

Practical Skills:

Hands-on training in tasks like setting out road signs, demarcating work sites, and using required equipment.

Work Experience (Implicit):

The assessment often requires the application of skills in a simulated or actual work environment, usually demonstrated through a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE).

There are no entry requirements for this qualification, however it is important that learners have a suitable standard of English language to understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus.
